Pekalongan (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

• Representing company as front liner staff for guests and external parties
• Welcomingvisitors / guest to theCompany.
• Receiving a callphone froman outside party and relay to staff
• Arranging for operationalvehicles that requested by internal and external company
• Organizing conference call and meeting room reservation
• Answering inquiries and obtaining information for customer and visitors in a proper and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Female, max. 28 years old
• Minimum D3 from Secretary Academy, Business Administration or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication& interactionskills (English)
• Proficient in receptionistjob
• Computer literacy
• Possess strong initiative and team work, able to perform multi-tasking skills and work under pressure with deadline, also making rundown of things

Responsibilities:

• Translating documents into foreign languages( English & Japan )
• Assisting in working documents preparation for Director
• Preparing a schedule of daily and weekly work activities to Director
• Preparing and arranging business trips for Director
• Preparing and organizing meetings / conferences routine and non-routine internal and external company programs, invitation / notification to all meeting participants
• Responsible for daily secretarial support tasks such as documentfiling system, correspondences, minutes of meeting and prepare presentation slides and meeting materials

Requirements:

• Female max. 30 years old
• Minimum D3 from Japanese Literature, Secretary Academy, Business Administration or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication& interactionskills (Japan and English)
• A team player and working experience with the power, mining or infrastructure projects will be anadvantage
• Proficient in secretarial job
• Possess strong initiative and team work, able to perform multi-tasking skills and work under pressure with deadline, also making rundown of things
• Skillful in Correspondence, Filing, and Documentation
