Claim Support (Solo)
Surakarta (Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
- To conduct claim survey (all LOB) and arrange claim survey reports in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the company;
- To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure;
- To ensure and secure appropriate authentication and documentation of claims;
- To provide and monitor claims statistics and proactively provide feedback and advices on risks improvement;
- To liaise with other insurance, brokers, loss adjusters, workshops, and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old;
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or major in Insurance Academy;
- Minimum experience 2 years in handling claim MV and Non-MV;
- Understanding the process and procedure claim in General Insurance Company;
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;
- Proficient in English both oral & written;
- Able to work under-pressure;
- Home based in Solo.
