Community Relation
Tangerang (Banten) - Cikokol
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the relationship between company and community in partnership with clients
- Planning, attending and coordinating meeting and event
- Evaluating, monitoring existing programmes and developing new community-based programmes and resources
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
- Diploma's degree/Bachelor's degree in Public Relation, Marketing Communication or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year(s) experience as Community Relation in a prominent property developer, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Experience in planning and executing community event or actively in community organization
- Have a good networking, high self confidence, willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw or any similar programs
- Good communication and strong leadership
- Good English communication (oral & written) is a must

HR Generalist Officer
Banten
Responsibilities:
- Provide information, advice and services to user accordingly area of support / departments relating to one or more HR processes (e.g discussion of career development issues with user, discussion day-to-day employee relations problems in coordination with regional operation manager etc)
- Proposed employee to attend internal and external training courses, obtain absence clearance from superiors and liaises with course organizers
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and procedures
- Provide guidance and advice to user on the interpretation of policies and guidelines
- Be familiar with changes in the law and/or the external environment affecting the HR area of specialization
- Assist in administration of staff performance systems below management levels
- Provide general administrative service to the human resource department
- Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in psychology or human resource management
- Male/ Female Max 35 years old
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
