Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible to deliver the volume and revenues target, trade marketing/ promotion execution, distribution objectives and sales forecasting in order to achieve sales target. He/ she will manage distributor sales force.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
4. Min 2 years solid experience as supervisor, preferably in FMCG company.
5. Strong understanding of traditional trade channel.
6. Self-started person.
7. Superior communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skill
