Now looking for a potential and professional to fill the following position:

Support Engineer
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Gedung TMT 2, Ground Floor Suite GF.01

Responsibilities:

• Project preparation in technical and application support aspects, draft technical documents for projects.
• Deeply understand the product and solutions.
• Conduct training to internal sales team and customers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Strong team member, shares information about successes and failures with fellow employees to help achieve objectives as a team.
• Able to travel domestically and overseas.
• Good command of English language both orally and in writing.
• Flexible, target-oriented, able to work under-pressure.

Pre Sales
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Gedung TMT 2, Ground Floor, Suite GF.01

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, plan network system. Participate in the development of security standardization of LAN & WAN control.
• Gather data using NMS software and perform NMS optimization as necessary.
• Perform data gathering from all network devices to support trouble shooting of network

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.
• Certified CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or MCSE.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, including troubleshooting Network.
• Good knowledge on Cisco routers, switch and firewall will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Windows, NT, Linux, UNIX and Global Internet Exchange will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of unified communication will be advantage.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill.
• Good self-motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization.
• Good command of English language both orally and in writing.
