Requirements:
- Control performance appraisal (KPI)
- Perform employee development; handling assessment, scholarship and conceptualized career path in organization
- Revised competencies and job description as needed
- Bachelor /Master of Psychology. Min GPA 2.75 (S1) and 3.00 (S2) out of 4.00
- 2-3yrs experience in related position.
- Max age 35 years old

Requirements:
- Perform feasibility study and oversee new project
- Having good analytical thinking and presentation skills
- Interested in marketing field
- Bachelor/Master in Architect/Civil/Management, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Max. age 35 years old. 2-3 yrs experience in related position.
- Having experience in property; landed house / high raise building / apartment / hotel would be advantage
- Placement in Graha Raya - Tangerang Selatan
