With more than 25 years of experience in the steel industry, this group is currently expanding its capacity and capabilities in response to Indonesia’s expanding economy. Our client is seeking a self-motivated and reliable Engineering Manager to manage, plan and monitor the projects under the Engineering Division. The winning candidate will be based at the Head Office and Factory in Bekasi, Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience in the industry, including a minimum of four years in a similar managerial position.
The main responsibilities of the job of Engineering Manager will be managing different projects at the same time and monitoring the job of the Engineering Supervisor and all Engineers assigned to each project. The winning candidate will also coordinate and deal with Customer Service Division, PPIC Division, Workshop and Estimation Division. The winning candidate has to be a hands-on person willing to monitor the job of different divisions in order to ensure completion of all projects.
Requirements:
- Civil engineering degree
- Experience working in steel fabrication industry, associated qualifications preferred
- Specific experience in Telecommunication Tower, Transmission Tower or Steel bridges is highly valued
- At least 8 years experience in the field
- Preferably have experience in design of steel structures
- Operate Microsoft Office effectively
- Experience managing a minimum of 20 people
- Able to manage multidisciplinary projects
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Leading skills to manage the Engineering Division effectively

- Melakukan Komunikasi dengan pelanggan Export perihal Sales/order.
- Monitor aktivitas pesaing perihal strategi pemasaran, produk & harga.
Requirements:
- Memiliki ketrampilan komputer, Microsoft Office & Open Office Linux.
- Memiliki Selling Skill, Comunication Skill danpresentation skill
- Pengalaman Kerja minimal 5(lima) tahun dibidang Export (di bidang building material or glass manufacture lebih disukai)
- Kemampuan bahasa Inggris lisandanBussiness Corespondence English Skill
- Harus memilki kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin.
- Pendidikan minimal S1.
