Staff FFB Purchaser - Mill
(Code: FFB)
Sambas (Kalimantan Barat)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure competent quality execution of FFB purchasing duties, administrative works, and seller
2. Understanding about the purchasing FFB; analyze and review from government and benchmark plantation
3. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy about FFB
4. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
5. Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value
6. Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey
7. Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
8. Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned

Requirements:

1. Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or any related discipline
2. Male, 25 – 30 years old
3. Min. 1 years experience in the same position from palm oil plantation industry
4. Background as Field Assistant before
5. Familiar in English (written and spoken) would be advantage
6. Good personality, good negotiation skill, and communication skill
7. Preferable-known West Kalimantan area
8. Good administration skills and advanced in using MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
9. Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must
10. Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire
11. Work based on Sambas,Kalimantan Barat

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Mill Manager to develop new process techniques and procedures in order to maximize the production of CPO, Palm Kernel and Oil Extraction rates.
2. Assist Mill Manager to prepare the budget for mill operations, ensure that the actual expenses are within the approved budget limit, reporting variance and initiate corrective actions for the variance noted.
3. Assist Mill Manager to manage the entire mill operations in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring that the optimum level of productivity is achieved.
4. Assist Mill Manager to monitor the product quality and adoption of latest technology for improving the quality and the oil extraction ratio.

Requirements:

1. Min. holds Bachelor Degreeor Master's Degree / Post Graduatein or related disciplines preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Chemical, and Agriculture, or any related discipline.
2. Min 5 years experience in the same position and experience in palm plantation industry is a must.
3. Those with a Grade II Steam Certificate will have an added advantage.
4. Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
5. Goodpersonality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure.
6. Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed.
7. Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
8. Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
9. Present Location : Kalimantan Tengah
10. Work based at Mill (Sambas, West Kalimantan).

Responsibilities:

1. ResponsibleMastering a hydraulic system, electrical, and the mechanical on a heavy equipments.
2. Repair (troubleshooting), assembly & disassembly, general overhauling maintenance as well as the daily service on vehicle.
3. Perform the repair of the engine on heavy equipment.
4. Toensure that vehicles are repaired in a timely, safe and correct manner.
5. Responsible for ensuring that tools, plant and equipment are maintained in good working order.
6. Ideally have held a workshop control or supervisory position.
7. General maintenance of workshop throughout the day, equipment and consumables.
8. Assisting the Head of Mechanical Engineering in administration duties including processing payments, stock control, maintaining workshop booking systems.

Requirements:

1. Min. holds Bachelor Degree on Mechanical, Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Female/Male, 25 – 35 years old.
3. Min 2 year experience in well-known or listed Palm Oil Plantation Company.
4. Able to use Partbook & Service Manual.
5. Understood in heavy machine maintenance.
6. Familiar with computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
7. Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
8. Location Present : Kalimantan Tengah.
9. Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan).
