Our respected client is seeking a Senior Marketing professional, preferably with experience within a multinational consumer goods company, to fill the job of Marketing Manager, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate, who will report directly to the Head of Marketing, will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization, also play an important part of the job.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
New product development
Brand building and brand development
Product launches
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Develop pricing strategy
Managing all aspects of Brand development

Requirements:

Master’s degree from reputable university an advantage
Min 8-10 years in Brand Management area
Must have experience from multinational Consumer Goods Company
Must have experience in handling OTC products
Must have strategic vision
Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining brand marketing strategies
Able to do cross-functional assignment
Proven experience in customer and market research
Excellent communication skills, particularly in English
Strong character
Excellent in Brand Management
Able to deliver quick service
