Tax Officer
Jawa Timur - Pandaan

Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:

  • Ensure monthly tax calculations and reporting are submitted accurately and within the required time frame
  • Handling day to day contact with the Cargill Tax Dept for monthly tax compliance matters
  • Prepare tax reconciliations for various type of taxes (VAT and WHT) on monthly basis
  • Work closely with management and operation to ensure full compliance to Cargill and BU policies
  • Work together with Cargill Tax dept and other CSSSEA location to ensure full tax compliance
  • Active involvement in develop and implementation of process improvements in tax reporting/reconciliation and compliance

Tax Disputes and Audit:

Assist in handling statutory, internal and tax audit process, along with fulfilling the requirements from tax office and any other duties as assigned
Assist in fulfilling the requirements for any application related to Tax facility.

Requirements:

  • University degree in accounting or tax
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian tax laws especially those related to tax compliance.
  • 1-2 years of experience working on tax compliance and tax dispute matters in industry or consulting firm.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work long hours, proactive, initiate, independent, sense of urgency, team player, accurate/careful.
  • Ability to implement changes.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Completed brevet A & B course is preferable.
  • The requirement of monthly tax compliance reportings for various type of taxes (VAT and WHT) for each locations (Pandaan, Ponorogo, Lampung, Jakarta)
  • Many tax disputes with local tax authority which is increasing due to the aggressive tax authorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs KLO database and application support of the BU Business System (ie. Infor Syteline) in all locations and for all Business System users
  • Responsible for Business System Users Administration and Access Control and also ensure those are in compliance with Cargill IP policies
  • Responsible for installation and deployment of Custom Reports and Enhancements Code into Production Server
  • Working with ITSB global team and Business System Vendor to ensure optimal performance of the Business System
  • Working with ITSB global team for managing ERP Database backup/restore
  • Support and travel to all offices/plants (Lampung, Ponorogo, Pandaan, Jakarta)
  • Flexible for after hour support call

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Computer or Electronic
  • 2+ years experiences in ERP/Business System
  • Demonstrate effective communication with Business System end-users and have a basic understanding on business processes
  • Demonstrate ability to work successfully individually and in a team environment
  • Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple task on hand and understand priority
  • Strong technical knowledge on SQL database administration and fine-tuning
  • Strong technical knowledge on SQL, VB, Crystal Reports
