Process Technology Manager
Jawa Timur - Pacet - Mojokerto
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for define and deploy focus improvement metodologies and tools across the factory to assure efficient and sustainable capability to identify, analyse and eliminate losses
- Manage factory performance by control operation plan and standard cost and budgeting for operation
Requirements:
- Preferably from Bachelor/Master in Food Tech./Chemical/Machine/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Having knowledge about spray dryer system
- Excellent experiences in full in food & beverage manufacturing minimum for 5 years operational
- Having experience in milk manufacturing industry will be advatage
- Ability to interact with people effectively and a good Leadership
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadline and attention to detail and accuracy
- Attractive, good performance, personality, honest, self motivated, discipline
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively translate ideas, concepts and information
- Self- starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Pacet - Mojokerto, East Java
